      Thanks Barry

      We hope you are well

I will contact them on Monday

I made slight error. I said Block 7 pin 1 is connected directly to Block 3 pin 8. It should read :-

If I measure the voltage using Block 7 pin 1 as the negative I get >12v on Block 2 pin 1 , the engine battery connection to the fridge. Block 3 pin 8, the monitor outlet for the engine battery which is connected directly to Block 2 pin 1 according to the diagram, only shows .9v.

      Regards

      Tom

        Good afternoon Tony

I have the video and have posted it in the Little Exsis Group on FB.

It is 44Mb in size and I’m having trouble posting it here. I could send it via mail but it would be easier if I put it on my Google drive and make it available to Mike who could put it in the Manuals etc link

        Regards

        Tom

            Thanks Fred.

Found it in the Little Exsis Book.

I intended to call a local body repair shop tomorrow.

            Hope you are well.

We were camping in the lake district and an inconsiderate post got in the way of reversing manouver.

Also a few jobs to do in the shower room.

            Keep safe

            Tom and Carol

I’ve posted this on the Little Exsis Group facebook page.

I would be interested in viewing the film and if you don’t mind I will post it on the facebook page

Can you export it as pdf and compress it. Maybe there is a method of compressing e-manuals.

CaravanGuard. They offer 90 day European breakdown cover. I change from Camping and Caravanning Club and RAC because they have hidden conditions for breakdown cover. ie limitations on the length of time and the number and type of breakdown. Take care.

Difficult to consider replacing during the pandemic. If( a big if) we were replacing the difficulty usually is the bed. It would have to be centralised so as not to disturb each other in the night. We don’t like sliding doors so it couldn’t be a van conversion.

We have lived in ours for probably 5 or 6 years, doing six month winter trips to France, Spain and Portugal.

We are still ok with using the drop down bed so getting something that offers the same usable space and payload as the Exsis would mean a much larger van.

We won’t be doing long trips away anymore, probably six weeks longest. and don’t want to pay £40k to £50k after trade-in for something that is inferior.

We have been to some locations where the low profiles will bottom out.

                          Still loving TresJolie

We changed our dual GEL battery setup for a single 120Ah AGM battery 11 years ago. No solar panel.

Absolutely zero problems. Don’t understand why AGM not recommended. Will have to look at it again.

We have lived in it for approximately 4 years in that time including 5 and 6 month tours to Spain, skiing in -20degc, etc. I’m confused.

This is a page from the book.

Daraio Red posted in the FB Hymer Exsis SK/SG group discussing these seals when he had his resprayed. I have put a link to it in the sub-group Little Exsis Group. Search through the ‘Paint’ topic.

With good internet access these days it’s probably not required. Updating it helps me to remember mods etc. I have not included the FB work in the Hymer Exsis SG/SK Little Exsis Group. Well worth looking at as there is some excellent work posted
