Hi Bloodknock, reply to you looking for an Exsis, I have an 04 Sk which I might consider selling. She has done 50000 odd miles( I’ll check tomorrow the exact mileage). She is right hand drive  and is 2.8jtd powered. She has a 5 speed manual box with cruise control and is fully alarmed. We changed the cam belt last year and although she has an up to date MOT I would put her through a new one prior to exchange. It has 2 LPG  gasit refillable gas bottles  and outside BBQ point as well as sat and digital outside inputs. There are new tyres (last year) all round as well as a tow bar, back box and flammable bike rack. The 3 metre Omnistor awning is brand new last year and there is a solar panel on the roof. The toilet roof vent is also  newly replaced. The outside is in exceptionally good condition for the year. Oh there is also a retractable electric step.
Inside we have new carpets throughout and a new table to replace the damaged original. The upholstery is in very good condition. There are two 95amp leisure batteries. The cold water system has an in line water purifier. The fridge is domestic 70 litre with an oven over and a microwave. The van would come with an Avtex tv which slides into a cupboard. I am sure I have forgotten quite a bit. This van is in first class condition with loads of extras on the basic model so I am looking for £24500. I am quite confident there is no better model in the uk.
