        I have had ongoing issues with my HymerExsis email account since before Christmas.  I think I have resolved the problem, because suddenly a lot of emails have appeared that I was unaware of and therefore went unanswered. Some of you may have thought me terribly rude and I sincerely apologise.  I will be catching up on all this correspondence before we head off to France for three months, next week.
