Logging onto this site has become a bit more difficult because of the Capcha procedure (ticking appropriate boxes).  I apologise, but it has become necessary because of the number of remote ‘spam’ attacks  the site has suffered.  You may have noticed the odd one that has escaped my and Stephen’s vigilance (he has 600 spam addresses that have attempted to post on here… Yes! 600!!).

So we have had to install Capcha as a means to put a stop to it.

I apologise that you have this procedure to endure just to log on, and also to those of you who want to invest in Nigerian oil wells, make friends with young Russian or Thai women or look at dirty pictures!! 😉

Apparently, you only have to pass the “image boxes” test once – thereafter,  you just need to tick the “I’m not a robot” box to gain access.

Since Steve installed the Capcha checks, we’ve not had ONE spam message escape the check and get published!
