2005 Exis SK for sale LHD

This is a reluctant sale having sorted out the vehicle to meet our requirements over the last three years. A  house move forces disposal of this well equipped, easy driving friend that has never let us down.

Much of the following will be stating the obvious for many members!

Purchased from Hymer UK by the original meticulous owner with £10,000 of extras in 2005. Only 5.45m in length, 3500kg gross weight, 740kg max payload. Full records available. Very clean, very good condition, few signs of wear. Three careful owners to date.

Based on a Fiat Ducato chassis with Fiat 2.8 JTD TGV with unusual, factory enhanced 146bhp engine. Cruise control. It floats up hills. 82,700 miles at the time of writing. Timing belt replaced at 66,000 miles in August 2017. Just had a full service, and has a fresh MOT

Cab aircon. Electric windows and wing mirrors. Up graded radio/CD/DAB and speakers, with additional speakers in the rear.

Full set of “Continental Vanco Camper” tyres two of which are new. Full set mudflats. Electric door step. Chassis undersealed in 2017, topped up in 2020.

Heosafe security deadlocks to cab doors, and additional security to habitation door.

Two new leisure batteries (Gel type) in 2021, 12v and 240v sockets.

Trauma blown air and hot water system, plus additional Wabasto diesel blown air heater.

Refillable gas system (Autogas 3000), with lightweight Algas bottle.

All fitted window blinds/flyscreens in good order

Swivel and reclining pilot seats with removable and washable Hymer covers matching habitation seat upholstery. The bench seats are fitted with two lap seat belts. Removable carpet tile floor covering.

Massive drop down bed with micro-pocket inner-spring mattress (far more comfortable than the standard) with removable, washable cover. The lounge bench seats make up into a small double bed.

Large Heki central skylight/roof vent. Good sized rear shower room with the more substantial bi-fold solid door (not the troublesome concertina type). Wash basin swivels into a cubbyhole to the toilet.

Status 530-10 TV aerial with Avtex 18.5”TV/DVD.

Dometic 3 way 90 litre fridge with freezer box ( new in 2012), 3 burner gas hob with glass cover inset in moulded “stone” effect work surface with moulded sink. Hinged chopping board.

Oven and grill.

Plenty of clever storage cupboards, including a large wardrobe. There is a large under floor storage locker that is accessed both internally and externally, and a Thule 150 Carry All box rear mounted on a Fiamma bike rack.

All water tanks are kept sweet and fresh, the toilet is very clean, the shower tray and sinks have no cracks. All windows and vents are checked regularly. The plastics are all in good condition, but the bathroom sink is slightly yellowed.

The bodywork is of thick insulated construction. The external surfaces have been kept clean, and are regularly hand polished (including the roof!).

Thule 3 metre 4900 side awning with additional removable end awning. Hard wired reversing camera (not Wi-Fi). External BBQ point.

I have not advertised on other sites yet as it would be good to think that this motor would go to one of the “bretheren”!
